I was born June 24, 1947 in Wausau Wisconsin. I am second oldest of sixteen children, I Married my husband Michael in 1966. We moved to Tacoma Washington in 1967. We have three children and five grandchildren. I began cosmetology school in 1972 and have worked in that career for forty one years. along the way I taught myself to sculpt porcelain dolls.  I became interested in making dolls in 1985. It has been a wonderful experience to be able to create these porcelain children. I have  made some wonderful friends along the journey from that first little sculpt to where I am now .I continue on my journey....
